The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future. Service: WLFL-TV, Great American Country, E!, Encore(East), Encore(West), Encore Action, Encore Love, Encore Mystery, Encore Drama, Encore Westerns, Encore Wam!, Food Network, Fox Reality, Fox Soccer, Fox Sports Espanol, Fuel, FX, Speed, Starz!, Style, truTV. In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) is requesting proposals for qualified attorneys to perform legal services required by GHA. The attorney will be selected based on Qualifications-Based Selection procedures and the successful negotiation of a contract. The evaluation factors to be used for the selection are: 1. Experience with HUD subsidy programs including, but not limited to, Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs and non- profit organizations. 2. Experience with federal, state (North Carolina) and local housing laws and regulations. 3. Experience with North Carolina and local eviction process for rental housing and in the preparation and litigation of cases. 4. Geographic location relative to the GHA. 5. Availability during business hours for questions, assistance and advice to GHA, and attendance at monthly board meetings if requested. 6. Quality of references. 7. Hourly rates for services in relation to the scope of services. Final selection shall be based upon the above factors, the results of interviews if required and successful negotiation of a contract.
